If you wish to exchange a product, you can do so up to 30 calendar days after the delivery date. The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. If the product has been used, the exchange cannot be made.
Important: For hygiene reasons, exchanges of earrings or personalized jewellery with engravings are not accepted. We recommend that you consult the SISARU Size Guide before making your purchase.

To request an exchange, please contact us by sending an email to info@sisaru.com . Please state your name, order reference and the reasons why you want to exchange the item. We will provide you with a shipping address where you should send the item, using the same original packaging and making sure to include everything that was contained in it.

If an exchange is made, it must be for an item of equal or greater value than the one initially purchased.
If you want a refund, the full price of the product will be refunded.

Shipping and return costs
The costs of return and shipping of the new product will be borne by the buyer. Therefore, the buyer must send the package to our offices under his/her own responsibility and cost.
