Unfortunately, we do not offer pre-orders at this time. However, be sure to add your details on the product page to be notified as soon as the item is back in stock.

Go to your account and select “My Orders” to check the status of your order. Once your order is packaged and ready to ship, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your shipment.

If you don't have an account yet, you can create one using the same email address you used to place your order, and it will appear under "My Orders."

Once the courier picks up the package and scans it into the system, you can use the tracking number to view information about your order.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange a product, you can do so up to 14 calendar days after the delivery date. The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. If the product is used, the exchange will not be possible.

Important: Earrings cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons. Exchanges of personalized jewelry with engravings are also not accepted. We recommend that you consult the S size guide before making your purchase. SISARU. size guideISARU.

If you wish to request a change, you can contact us by email at «[email protected]» and provide us with your name, order reference number and the reasons why you want to exchange the item. We will provide you with a shipping address for the return. You must send the item back using the same packaging in which you received it, including everything that came with it.

If you make an exchange, it must be for an item of equal or greater value than the one you originally purchased.
If you prefer a refund, you will be refunded the full price of the product.


The return and reshipping costs will be borne by the buyer. The buyer must send the package to our offices under your responsibility and cost.

COMPOSITION OF THE JEWELS

All of our jewelry is made from the highest quality stainless steel and is plated with 18K gold using a process called Physical Vapour Disposition (PVD).

PVD is a gold plating process that makes the coating 10 times more durable than conventional plating.

This means that each piece is resistant to water, sweat, and generally life.

All of our jewelry is nickel free and hypoallergenic, but we cannot guarantee the absence of cross contamination due to the use of nickel in the factory.

Our gold plating process is 10 times stronger than regular gold plating, making our jewelry resistant to corrosion and rust.

Although you can wear all of our pieces in the sea, shower and with creams without risk of the jewellery turning green or oxidising, over time the plating may wear off slightly (especially at the base of the rings, which see a lot of wear). However, this tends to just be a warmer shade of gold and will never turn green or oxidise.

The green stains left by some jewelry are usually caused by alloys containing nickel and copper. All of our jewelry is made from high quality stainless steel and does not contain these alloys, which means it will not stain your skin green.

Our jewelry is safe to wear around water (either in the ocean or in the shower) and we guarantee that it will not rust or turn green.

We pride ourselves on the fact that all of our pieces can be worn in the shower, at the gym, and on the beach. You can wear perfume and moisturizers without having to worry about the color fading. Wherever you go, whatever you're doing, you'll never have to take them off.

All our products are shipped in eco-friendly, plastic-free packaging. Each piece of jewelry arrives carefully wrapped in a cotton bag and a jewelry box, with our personalized bow, all made from recycled material, designed to protect your jewelry and facilitate its safe storage.

In addition, our shipping boxes are recyclable and made from recycled materials, in line with our commitment to the environment.

JEWELRY CARE

The durability and lifespan of PVD-coated jewelry depends on several factors, including the quality of the coating, the type of material used in the jewelry, and the frequency and intensity of use. Generally, well-made and well-cared-for PVD-coated jewelry can last for decades or even a lifetime.

It is important to properly care for your jewelry to maintain its shine and longevity. Here are the most crucial maintenance steps to follow:

  • Use only water (distilled water is ideal, but regular drinking water will also do) and a mild soap to wash your jewelry;
  • Use a soft cloth to help clean it (avoid abrasive cleaning tools);
  • Avoid exposing your PVD coated jewelry to harsh chemicals such as chlorine, bleach, alcohol and solvents;
  • When not wearing your jewelry, always store it in a safe, dry place.

Cleaning your La Musa jewelry is very easy, thanks to its waterproof properties. To keep your pieces in their best condition, follow these simple steps:

Soak: Fill a bowl with warm water and add a few drops of mild liquid soap.
Clean: Place your jewelry in the soapy water and let it sit for a few minutes. Use a soft cloth to gently wipe the pieces.
Rinse: After cleaning, rinse your jewelry under running water to remove any soap residue.
Dry: Gently dry your jewelry with The Muse polishing cloth to achieve a beautiful shine and prevent water spots.

Our SISARU jewelry boxes and pouches are designed to keep your precious pieces safe, although any soft, padded jewelry box will work just as well. To preserve the beauty of your jewelry, avoid storing it with other pieces or sharp objects that may scratch it. Although with PVD coating, jewelry does not lose its color, it is essential to handle your jewelry with care to avoid abrasions over time.

To protect the longevity of your stainless steel jewelry, avoid contact with harsh chemicals such as perfume or chlorine. We recommend removing your jewelry before swimming in chlorinated pools. When applying perfume, allow it to dry before putting on your jewelry to prevent any potential damage to the stainless steel.
