CANARY ISLANDS

PORTUGAL

All orders are dispatched within a maximum of 48 hours of receipt.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be prepared and shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on Monday.
Shipments are made only on business days.
We are not responsible for delivery errors when the address provided by the customer is incorrect or essential information is missing. If a new shipment is necessary, an additional charge equivalent to the shipping cost will be applied.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS from the courier company to track it.
Delivery times during special periods
During special offer periods, such as summer sales, Black Friday and Christmas, delivery times may be slightly extended.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange a product, you can do so up to 14 calendar days after the delivery date. The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. If the product has been used, the exchange cannot be made.
Important: For hygiene reasons, exchanges of earrings or personalized jewelry with engravings are not accepted. We recommend that before making the purchase, you consult the SISARU Size Guide
To request a change, please contact us by sending an email to [email protected]. Please provide your name, order reference and the reasons why you want to exchange the item. We will provide you with a shipping address where you should send the item, using the same original packaging and making sure to include everything that was included.
If an exchange is made, it must be for an item of equal or greater value than the one initially purchased.
If you want a refund, the full price of the product will be refunded.
Shipping and return costs
The costs of return and shipping of the new product will be borne by the buyer. Therefore, the buyer must send the package to our offices under his/her own responsibility and cost.
